Some Common Ways Attacks Avoid Detection

Here are some common ways attackers avoid detection while they are attacking your organization systems:

  • Log flooding
  • Using logging mechanism
  • Attacking detection mechanism
  • Using fragmentation attacks
  • Using canonicalization attacks
  • Using decoys

Here are some common ways attackers can use fragmentation against your system:

  • Session splicing attacks
  • Packets fragmentation attacks
  • Fragmentation time-out attacks
